Breach of planning control as alleged in the notice is, without planning permission, the material change of use of the land from a nil use to a mixed use comprising residential and light industrial (Class E g) iii) of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1987 (as amended)), through the creation of a live/work unit that consists of a residential unit, workshop and associated operational development.
