Work has already been done and we received a letter saying that our fence isn’t within regulations. We have replaced 8ft conifers with a double row fence that is 6’10".We did this as the conifers were high maintenance with 3 small children, we also have a Japanese Akita that has escaped a few times and is temperamental.
