We are looking to put a 4 metre x 4 metre Edwardian conservatory on the back of Mrs Kenny’s property at the above address. At the moment, when the customer moved into the property, there was a 2.5 metre kitchen extension. On to this 2.5 metre kitchen extension, we are looking to put the aforementioned 4 metre x 4 metre extension. This will take the overall measurement to 6.5 metres x 6.5 metres. We have been informed that we do not require planning
